Over the years the Kids' Activity Club coordinators have managed to find some very interesting crafts for the kids to do. Paint, glue, construction paper, foam board, markers, and more paint are items on the fun menu that leave smiles on the faces of the children as they go home each Thursday night with a new masterpiece to show for their efforts. Thanks to Crayola, the kids were able to build for themselves some very creative creatures using ModelMagic, one of them being this friendly looking octopus. Hours of preparation went into making the pieces for these mini gingerbread houses, which the kids assembled and decorated one evening. Unfortunately many may have been eaten before reaching home. Oh, well !!! These bats went over quite well - considering that we really didn't know if the idea would fly !! One of the most popular events is the pizza party - which involves no skill other than a good appetite and hand-to-mouth coordination.
